Boost Of The Day

Basic Info

The level of electrical impulse is the most important factor when doing an EMS workout! A higher impulse = more muscle contraction = better workout = more fat loss and muscle building.

Everyone will start with a “Full Body Intro” session on their first visit. After completing an Intro class, you will work with your trainer to decide on your next class.

Workouts

Full Body Intro

If you are a new client, this is the workout for you!

This workout starts with a 6 minute warmup, consisting of a constant electrical impulse that stimulates smaller muscle contractions. This serves to familiarize you with EMS, and your trainer with your specific abilities. The trainer will use this time to go through some movements and make any form corrections before proceeding.

After warming up, you will move on to a 16 minute workout. This is when you will really start to feel the effects of EMS! This portion consists of 8 second intervals- 4 seconds rest, 4 seconds of impulse and work.
